With profound grief and heavy heart, regret to inform sad demise of Naval Veteran LtCdr NR Salvi, (01124-B),78 yrs, breathed his last at Colaba, Mumbai, morning 29 Jan 2026, leaving behind many to mourn his transit to higher realms.

On behalf of President and all the members of NFMC we offer our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to his Wife, Mrs Swaroopini Salvi, Sons Prashant Salvi (50) residing in Washington, Aditya Salvi (48), residing in NOIDA, and the grieving family members. We pray that they bear the irreplaceable loss with courage and fortitude.

Funeral and Last rites were held on 01 Feb 2026 in Sewri Christian cemetery, Mumbai.
