NFPC AGM : 31 May 2026

The Annual General Body Meeting of the Pune Chapter, (NFPC) will be held at 1130 hrs on Sunday, 31st May 2026 at Sanjog Hall, RSAMI, Camp Pune.

The format for the AGM with time schedule is as follows :-

• 1115 hrs- Veterans, spouses & Veer Naaris assemble at Sanjog Hall.
• 1125 hrs – All Members to be seated.
• 1130 hrs onwards
  • AGM proceedings begin with observing 2 minutes silence in memory of our honourable members who have weighed anchor and proceeded to their heavenly abode since the last AGM on 11 May 2025.
  • Opening address by President, NFPC.
  • Report by Secretary NFPC and welcome of new members.
  • Approval of the report, previous minutes of AGM-2025.
  • Approval of NFPC Audit report for FY 25-26.
  • Discussion on Old Agenda Points, if any.
  • Discussion on New Agenda Points.
  • Election of Office Bearers, President and Treasurer.
  • Vote of thanks.
• Vice Admiral Anil Jaggi AVSM Commandant NDA and Mrs Shalini Jaggi will arrive at 1230 Hrs which will be followed by:-
  • Welcome and felicitation of Vice Adm & Mrs Shalini Jaggi.
  • Felicitation of Octogenarians.

Immediately on completion of the event, drinks will be served. Lunch will be served at 1345 hrs.

Officers and Veer Naaris are requested to confirm attendance by 24th May 2026. Endeavor is being made to make the event interesting. A token contribution of Rs. 1000.00 for couples / Rs 750.00 for Single only to be made by the Members. Nonagenarians, Octogenarians and Veer-Naaris are our Guests of Honour.

Following kiosks are being set up at 1100 hrs at venue.

• Desk for distribution of QD-25 to those Veterans who had requested for a copy on the Poll.
• Endeavour is being made to set up a kiosk by NAVPEN/PCDA.
