Proj – Device for blind veterans

“Smart Specs” Is a navigational device introduced after 100 years. Prior to this, the only navigation tool was a blind mans cane.

It is sponsored by the Rotary Club at New Delhi. Def Sector PSUs are also being approached to sponsor devices for blind veterans all over the country.

Kindly send data of blind veterans living anywhere in India. We shall arrange distribution. Veterans who go blind after leaving service should also be incl. As also their blind spouses.

It is requested that the msg be diseeminated widely in respective groups.
