The Navy Foundation Pune Chapter (NFPC) organised its Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) and Milan 2023 at the Sanjog Hall, RSI on 30 Apr 2023. Cmde JP Chiplunkar Command Education & Welfare Officer, HQWNC was present on the occasion. The meeting was called to order by the Secretary, Cdr Sudheer Nadgouda and he requested the forum to observe a one-minute silence in memory of all members who had passed during the preceding year. This was followed by the President, Cmde PK Malhotra delivering his Welcome Address. The Budget/Balance Sheet was then presented and approved by the General Body. This was followed by a discussion on the Agenda Points.

The main event of this year’s AGM was the Handing Over of the duties of the Management Committee to a new team comprising Vice Admiral Jaywant Korde as the President, Capt Rajib Bhattacharjee as Vice President & Treasurer and Capt Keshav Tripathi as the Secretary. VAdm Korde, on taking over, thanked each and every one present on behalf of his new team and specially thanked Commodore Malhotra for his contribution for the past 15 years, including 13 years as the President NFPC. The AGM concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Cdr MS Phogat.
