1.  With profound grief and sorrow, we deeply regret to inform passing away of Captain Devendra Singh Pannu (Retired) (41344-N) at 0810 h on Tuesday, 28th April 2026 at Medanta – The MediCity, Gurugram -122001 due to Cardiac Arrest. He was 61 years of age.

2. Captain Devendra Singh Pannu (41344-N) was commissioned into the Engineering Branch of the Indian Navy on August 1987 and retired on 29th February 2016. His illustrious career includes Afloat Appointments on IN Ships Ranvijay. Ghorpad, Konkan. Vijaydurg and as Commander (E) INS Rana. His Ashore Appointments included postings at ND HQ WNC. NHQ/ADODY, and JDODY. HQ ATV/SBC NHQ/DND(SDG), AT VP as Scientist Grade. Post retirement, he took up an assignment with TCS.

3.  Funeral and Last Rites of Captain Devendra Singh Pannu were performed on 28th April 2026 at Mokh Dham, Sector 32, Gurugram.

4. We pray to Almighty God to grant eternal Peace to the noble soul of Late Captain Devendra Singh Pannu at his final resting place.

5. We convey our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to all members of the grieving Family and pray to Almighty God to grant them peace, solace, comfort, strength, courage, fortitude and forbearance to bear pain of irreplaceable loss.
