1. With profound grief and sorrow, we deeply regret to inform passing away of Commander (O) Rajeev Khanduri (02097-R) at 2330h on Thursday, 14th May 2026 at Kailash Hospital, Sector – 27, NOIDA – 201301 due to acute Pneumonia leading to Cardiac Arrest. He was 67 years of age.

2. Commander Rajeev Khanduri (02097-R) was commissioned into the Executive Branch of the Naval Indian Navy on 1st July 1980. He specialised as a TU-139 Observer in Naval Aviation Branch and served 14 years in INS Hansa and three years in AIRCATS. He also served on board INS Saryu. On completion of an illustrious career for over two decades, he retired on 2nd October 2000.

3. Funeral and Last Rites of Late Commander Rajeev Khanduri were performed at 1400h on 15th May 2026 at Antim Niwas, Sector – 94, NOIDA.

4. We pray to Almighty God to grant eternal Peace to the noble soul of Late Commander Rajeev Khanduri at his final resting place.

5.
