Regret to inform the sad demise of Cdr S. Jayaraman(O) (00700-R) , 82 yrs, at 5.15 AM on 02 May 2026 at Udumalpet, Tirupur (TN) leaving many to mourn his transit to higher realms.

The Officer had a glorious career in the Naval Air Arm and commanded Observers’ School in Kochi in early 1980s. He also served onboard INS Shakti, Garuda, Hansa, Adyar, Arakonam and Agrani.

Funeral was held at Udumplampet on 03 May 2026.
