1. With profound grief and sorrow, we intimate that Cdr Vishwa Deepak Singh (Retd) (70254T), living in Lucknow, left us all for his heavenly abode AM 21 Jan 2025 after a brief illness. May God bless the departed soul

2. The Officer was commissioned in July 1983 into Education Branch and specialized in Meteorology and Oceanography.

3. He held various appts as Met Offr/Edn Offr at INS Kunjali, Garuda, Chilka, WNC. Outside Navy, he also served as the Head Master of Sainik School Chittorgarh.
He subsequently took PMR in 2003, worked in the corporate world and Pvt Universities like Amity, etc, at Mumbai, Jaipur, and Bangalore till his demise.
