NFPC AGM 2025

As intimated earlier, the Annual General Body Meeting of the Navy Foundation Pune Chapter (NFPC) will be held at 1200 hrs on Sunday 11th May 2025 at Sanjog Hall, RSAMI, Pune. The format for the AGM with time schedule is as follows :-

• 1130 hrs – Veterans, spouses & Veer Naaris assemble at Sanjog Hall.
• 1140 hrs – A short presentation will be made by Mr Shivam Aaren CEO UdChalo, an organization who cares for defence personnel. The company has grown manifold and deals in providing Air tickets, Financial services, Real Estate, Filing of ITRs etc. A kiosk with publicity material will be made available at venue.
• 1200 hrs – Proceedings of AGM will begin with observing 2 minutes silence in memory of our honourable members who have weighed their anchor and proceeded to their heavenly abode since last AGM in May 2024.
  • Opening address by President, NFPC.
  • Report by Secretary NFPC and welcome of new members.
  • Approval of the report, previous minutes of AGM-2024.
  • Approval of NFPC Audit report for FY 24-25.
  • Discussion on Old Agenda Points, if any.
  • Discussion on New Agenda Points.
  • Vote of Thanks.

Immediately on completion of the AGM drinks will be served. Lunch will be served at 1345 hrs.

Officers and Veernaris are requested to confirm attendance by 06th May 2025. A token contribution of Rs. 1000 only for couples/ Rs 500 only for singles needs to be made.
