Booking of Guest Rooms at NOI / IMSC

The Indian Navy has a number of Naval Officers Institutes at various naval stations, in addition to the IMSC at Mumbai. A website has been developed and launched on 25 Apr 24 for booking of guest rooms at NOIs or IMSC for serving and veteran naval officers. Salient features include cloud-based web application including payment gateway available for booking at Delhi, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, Kochi, Karwar and Goa. Most of the Instutes have facilities such as Free Wi-Fi, Restaurant, Laundry Service, Bar, Gym, Sports venues, Library and a Lawn.

To use the website, veterans are required to first register, after which they can login and place their booking requests. A summary of the guest rooms available at various stations is tabulated below:-

Booking of Guest Rooms at United Services Club, Mumbai

Veterans may book Guest Rooms at United Services Club, Mumbai. They would need to forward the following details by email to [email protected].

  • Name & Membership No.
  • Serving/Retired/Civil Member/Visiting Non Member Service Officer.
    • If visiting Non Member Service Officer – Where posted or Staying (if Retired).
  • Number of Rooms Required
  • Details of Guests Staying.
    • Name / Age / Gender.
    • Contact No.
    • ID Proof/No.
    • Relation.
    • Check In Date & Time.
    • Check Out Date & Time.
    • Reason for Booking.

      On receipt of details, email will be forwarded by the Club for payment of 100% charges, if Rooms are available as per the request & priority. Booking will only be confirmed after receipt of the charges and cancellation/refund rules shall apply thereafter.
