With profound grief and heavy heart, we regret to inform sad demise of NFMC Veteran Cdr J Manjeshwar (50173-B)(MUM-0597), 81 yrs, who breathed his last on 04 Jun 2025 in Hiranandali Hosp Powai after a brief illness , leaving behind many to mourn his transit to higher realms.

The Officer had a glorious career in the Indian Navy in the Electrical branch and served on board old IN ships Vikrant, Amini and Rajput besides WAU and QAE Vizag. He was a fine professional, an excellent sportsman and a thorough gentleman. He led from the front in providing technical support to Navy’s fighting front- providing excellent services to missile boats for missile loading and in later years, providing indigenous batteries to the submarines too!!

Funeral was conducted at Chakala crematorium at 1700 hrs on Thur 05 Jun 2025
