1. With profound grief and sorrow, we deeply regret to inform passing away of Lt Mukut Pathak (03199-W) at 0943h on Saturday, 29th November 2025 at his residence; 121- C Express View, HIG Apartments, NOIDA – 201304 due to Cardiac Arrest. He was 60 years of age.

2. Lieutenant Mukut Pathak (03199-W) ex-70th Course NDA was commissioned on 1st July 1987into the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy. Later he joined Naval Aviation Branch and was qualified to fly Sea Harrier. After ejection from Kiran aircraft and Sea Harrier fighter aircraft he converted to fly Islander aircraft. After serving for nine years, he took pre-mature retirement in 1995 and joined Civil Aviation where he served for 30 years.

3. Funeral and Last Rites of Late Lieutenant Mukut Pathak were performed at 1200h on Sunday, 30th November 2025 at Antim Niwas, Sector – 94, NOIDA.

4. We pray to Almighty God to grant eternal Peace to the noble soul of Late Lieutenant Mukut Pathak at his final resting place.

5. We convey our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to all members of the grieving Family of Lieutenant Mukut Pathak and pray to Almighty God to grant them peace, solace, comfort, strength, courage, fortitude and forbearance to bear pain of irreplaceable loss.
